Transportation Responsibility
- Odyssey Shuttles Liability: Odyssey Shuttles is responsible for transportation solely on its own lines, in accordance with its tariff rules and regulations. The company is not responsible for any actions or omissions by third parties or interline carriers.
- Interline Carriers: Odyssey Shuttles tickets are not accepted by other carriers.
- Service Changes: Schedules and services are subject to change without notice. Odyssey Shuttles reserves the right to substitute alternative carriers or modes of transportation as necessary.
Layovers and Stopovers
- Restrictions: Layovers or stopovers are not permitted on point-to-point segments once the ticket has been issued.
Baggage Liability
- Limitations: Odyssey Shuttles' liability for baggage is limited to damage only, up to a maximum of $100.00 CAD.
Discounts
- Eligibility: Senior, Military, Student, or other discounts require valid identification or proof of eligibility at the time of purchase or boarding.
Children Policy
- Accompanied Travel: Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a passenger aged 16 or older. No exceptions will be made.
Service Interruptions
- Delays: Odyssey Shuttles is not liable for delays caused by vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, or other factors beyond the company’s control.
- WiFi Service: WiFi availability is not available all trips.

- Currency: All fares are payable in Canadian dollars.
